1. Entries:
YEH Entries: Same horse may also enter Horse Trials. All entries include a $20 non-refundable office fee. Note: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. Add these association fees to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, total them with the other applicable fees, and send to the event with your entry. Please use the 2008 entry forms. Failure to do so could result in the entry not being accepted. Double entries: Accepted, no fee. Lost Pinney: $20/no deposit Refunds: Before C.D.-In full, less $20 office fee; will accept phone calls. After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund unless place is filled from wait list. $20 fee to change level or horse/rider substitution, if schedule permits. Competition cancellation-No refund. All FEI Riders and horses must have a current FEI Registration number. A copy of medical armband must accompany entry. Out of state horses must have: Neg. Coggins; State of origin brand inspection or proof of ownership; current health certificate along with entry permit #. This # can be obtained by your Vet at time of exam- call Federal Vet in Helena (406) 444-2976 (24/7). There is no charge for this service. DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN YOUR POSSESSION WHILE TRAVELING- DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS OR COPIES TO SHOW SEC´Y.

3. Awards:
Prize money paid by check to owner of horse as listed on entry. Awards presented in main arena at conclusion of division. Please be present for ceremony. Prize money: CIC-W3* $30,000, ribbons to 10th; CCI **-$6000; CCI *-$6000; CIC1*-$2000, ribbons to 10th or 1 ribbon per 4 starters, whichever is greater. Horse Trials ribbons to 10th. Tack prizes. Special Awards: USEA Gold Cup Series Trophy & Prize money; Phyllis Freeman Greene Good Seat Award winner nominated by officials - blanket; Irish Draught/Irish Sporthorse Award: to highest placing Irish Draught descent; Best Junior Novice Dressage Score; Best Junior Training Dressage Score.
4. Starting Times:
Dressage times and approx. cross-country times available July 20 on web: www.rebeccafarm.org or call (406) 755-FARM after July 20 (12-5 pm). If no answer, leave message, calls will be returned. Final cross-country times to be posted at event, Wed pm.
5. Stabling/Veterinarian:
10´ x 10´ puck wall stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided and initial bedding provided. $160/stall Tuesday 8 am 7/22 to Monday 7/28. Early arrival can be arranged at $30/night. Early arrivals will not be admitted without permission of secretary at (406) 755-3276. 40 perm/350 temp. stalls on grounds. Tack stalls will be available. Initial bedding provided. No tie outs. Bedding and hay will be available on site for purchase. Daily haul-in $10/day, payable with entry. Stalls are available at Fairgrounds 3 mi., away for $10/night call Fairgrounds office (406) 758-5810. Stabling is also available at Herron Park, 5 mi. away. $25/day. Initial Bedding provided. Contact Karol Conrad for information (406) 862-9708. There will be a $10/day fee for schooling at Herron Park prior to the event. NEW DIRECTIONS From Junction of Hwy. 93 & 2: Travel 2 mi. north on Hwy. 93 (toward Whitefish) to Reserve Loop (Just before Costco). Go west. Go straight through round-a-bout. Travel 1 mile past round-a-bout to Spring Creek Rd. Go south on Spring Creek; Event entrance 3/4 mile on right. From North: Follow Hwy. 93 South to West Reserve Rd. Go west. Turn right at stop sign. Cross-country course closed July 13 Dinner/Competitor Party Sat. night. Tickets available at hospitality tent on show grounds. Levels may be further divided if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed or $50 fine payable to sec´y.
